My name is James Kieffer. I've been practicing digital marketing for over 15 years. About James Kieffer


James Kieffer is a digital marketing veteran, with more than 15 years of agency and client-side experience. He was worked on hundreds of marketing campaigns for leading companies and organizations, including: UConn Health, The Hartford, Travelers, Scripps Health, Johns Hopkins, The Street, YMCA, United Way, Conning and Healthgrades, to name a few.

For the past seven years, James has run Kieffer Consulting, a digital marketing consultancy that helps healthcare organizations connect brands with their patients in the moments that matter. During this time, he as grown his consultancy over 1700%. James is also currently serving on the board of directors at Search Engine Marketing of New England (SEMNE). Prior to starting Kieffer Consulting, he held executive positions at Evariant, a leading healthcare platform, and Adams & Knight, an established advertising agency.

In 2007, James and two partners started Digiwize, a technology SasS company focused on developing an innovative Content Management System (CMS). After successfully launching the the product to rave reviews, the team sold the company in 2009.

James holds a BA in English and MS in Organizational Communication from Central Connecticut State University. He is a Certified Google Partner and Hubspot Certified Agency Partner. He also served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard. He’s happiest being with his family, friends and golden retriever, Hopie. When he’s not working, you can find him skiing or golfing.
