Principal & Founder

Jim is the Founder and Principal of Kieffer Consulting. With 20 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise in all areas of digital design, development, marketing and WordPress. He’s worked with many Fortune 1000 companies as well as start-ups, always bringing a thirst for maximizing his clients’ success. He has completed work for Scripps Health, UConn Health, John Hopkins, Novant Health, Connecticut GI, United Way of CT, VCU Health and many more. His mission today is creating websites and design experiences that directly increase the value of his clients' digital footprint and brand presence.

Sebastián Bejas

Sr. WordPress Developer

Sebastián is a Senior WordPress and WooCommerce Developer. He has more than 17 years of hands-on experience efficiently coding websites and applications using HTML5, CSS3, Linux, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, WordPress, WooCommerce, and many other technologies that include LESS / SASS, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular 2/3/4/5, RESTFull API's, Vue.js, Gulp and WEbPack. Sebastián is passionate about coding, extremely detailed and focused on making sure his clients and work are successful.

Design / UX Director

Andy Mathers has over 20 years of professional experience as a user-centered designer. Skilled in researching, defining, prototyping, testing and designing iteratively to improve customer experiences with consumer websites and applications. He has completed work for Time-Life Books, National Institutes of Health, League of Women Voters, NASA, A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children, CertainTeed Corporation, AIG, Kemper Insurance, Prudential Financial Group, Geisigner and Duke Health. His design work has been recognized by Communication Arts Magazine, The Philadelphia Art Directors Club and Central PA Business Journal.

Kyle Reeves

Search & PPC Leader

Kyle is a creative, analytical marketer with 18 years of experience across a wide range of online, offline marketing and advertising activities, with the last 12 being primarily focused on digital and search engine marketing (SEM) - Google Ads, Bing, Facebook & LinkedIn advertising - and conversion optimization. He has been Google Ads certified since 2011 and is currently certified in Search, Display, Mobile, Video & Shopping as well as Google Analytics. He has experience across a wide variety of industries managing monthly budgets of $2,000 - $250,000+.

George Ackerman

Certified Marketer

George has over 15 years of experience in online advertising. He's worked at an email and direct response startup as well as CBS where he gained a unique skill set that he's been using to provide advertising solutions for clients for the past 5 years. He's worked with many large clients such as NASCAR, Volvo, GMC and others on PPC marketing campaigns. He's focused on achieving campaign goals across programmatic channels, Google, Facebook and Twitter. He's certified for Search, Display and Video by Google and has direct experience working with programmatic DSPs.

Tim Pacileo

Tim brings over two decades of IT strategy, transformation and service delivery His primary expertise is in IT assessments, strategy and transformation including IT Consolidations, IT Sourcing, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google), SaaS, IT Operations, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning for clients within the domestic US and international markets. In addition to healthcare and HIPAA / HITRUST compliance, Tim has led successful engagements working with clients in the Financial Services, Higher Education, Manufacturing, and Public Sector environments.
