University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center (UMMC) is home to first-class care for mothers and their new arrivals. To help drive more online engagement, we designed two landing pages: a new mom kit and an appointment sign-up page. The objective focused on driving new moms to the new mom kit landing page where they could download a free resource. Once they did this, email marketing messages were sent out with additional educational content and the option to request an appointment.
An integrated lead-generation campaign consisting of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and display ads were run to reach new moms. Along with providing the new mom kit, the campaign communicated the value of UMMC’s state-of-the-art maternity center, which is specifically designed for mom and baby.
