James is the Founder of Kieffer Consulting. With 20 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise in all areas of digital marketing. He has completed work Healthgrades, UConn Health, Travelers, Conning, Whelen Engineering, Johns Hopkins and many others. His mission today is creating digital marketing campaigns that help businesses generate leads and more business. His areas of focus include healthcare, B2B companies and SMBs looking to leverage online marketing.
Sarah specializes in creative solutions for complex and highly regulated industries. She’s written for B2B and consumer brands such as Kraft, Maybelline, Microsoft, IBM, Montefiore, New York-Presbyterian, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Bausch & Lomb. Her résumé includes top New York agencies. Sarah earned a BA in English from Yale.
Andy Mathers has over 20 years of professional experience as a user-centered designer. He has completed work for Time-Life Books, National Institutes of Health, League of Women Voters, NASA, A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children, CertainTeed Corporation, AIG, Kemper Insurance, Prudential Financial Group, Geisigner and Duke Health. His design work has been recognized by Communication Arts Magazine, The Philadelphia Art Directors Club and Central PA Business Journal.
Kyle is a creative, analytical marketer with 18 years of experience across a wide range of online, offline marketing and advertising activities, with the last 12 being primarily focused on digital and search engine marketing (SEM) - Google Ads, Bing, Facebook & LinkedIn advertising - and conversion optimization. He has been Google Ads certified since 2011 and is currently certified in Search, Display, Mobile, Video & Shopping as well as Google Analytics. He has experience across a wide variety of industries managing monthly budgets of $2,000 - $250,000+.
George has over 15 years of experience in online advertising. He's worked at an email and direct response startup as well as CBS where he gained a unique skill set that he's been using to provide advertising solutions for clients for the past 5 years. He's worked with many large clients such as NASCAR, Volvo, GMC and others on PPC marketing campaigns. He's focused on achieving campaign goals across programmatic channels, Google, Facebook and Twitter. He's certified for Search, Display and Video by Google and has direct experience working with programmatic DSPs.
Tim brings over two decades of IT strategy, transformation and service delivery His primary expertise is in IT assessments, strategy and transformation including IT Consolidations, IT Sourcing, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google), SaaS, IT Operations, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning for clients within the domestic US and international markets. In addition to healthcare and HIPAA / HITRUST compliance, Tim has led successful engagements working with clients in the Financial Services, Higher Education, Manufacturing, and Public Sector environments.
Creative and strategy can seem contradictory at times. While a strategic focus is critical for leading the team, there must also be time and space for the marketing team to fuse information with creativity. Based on 23 years of consulting, Amanda believes that leading with strategy helps optimize outcomes and create a productive environment for collaboration. Backed by years of proven experience, she delivers an action plan that informs your marketing & sales teams with the strategic foundation of your brand and the messages you deliver.
Jim has been involved in television video production for over 40 years. Starting out processing 16mm film for a television station in Memphis Tennessee in the late 70s, Jim has been involved in all aspects of technology from film through video tape and into the digital world. Jim won a Emmy award in the northeast region for his photography in a TV news feature. From working inside US nuclear submarines to The NCAA Championships, National political conventions to US presidential events, Jim has worked in wide variety of situations. He has shot interviews with major sports figures Willie Mays, Troy Aikman, Dale Earnhardt Junior and Bill Belichick. He’s covered the Olympic torch run across America and shot the Olympics in Atlanta, Salt Lake City and Nagano Japan. He has lived in Connecticut for the last 35 years.
